By accessing or using the MediHost AI platform ("Platform") at medihostai.com, operated by MediHost AI Technologies Private Limited ("MHAI", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MHAI.
MediHost AI Technologies Private Limited is an Indian-incorporated company (CIN: U62013TS2026PTC215115) recognised by DPIIT (DIPP263024) as a startup. We operate an AI-powered marketing, hospital management system (HMS), and revenue cycle management platform for independent healthcare clinics across 159 countries.
We are a globally operating company headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We operate remotely and are committed to opening local offices in countries where our business volume and user base justify a local presence. Governing law for all disputes is Indian law unless superseded by mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Platform provides:
MediHost AI offers Free, Starter, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed in your local currency based on your jurisdiction at the time of subscription. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment is processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted. Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension. You may retry payment at any time during the grace period.
Payment: Processed by Razorpay Payments Pvt Ltd (India). Accepted methods: UPI, Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), Net Banking, Wallets.
Tax: GST at 18% is applicable on subscription fees under SAC code 9983 (Information Technology Services). A GST-compliant Tax Invoice will be issued for each payment. GSTIN of MHAI will be displayed on invoices. You may provide your GSTIN for B2B invoice purposes.
Currency: All India transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy. Disputes under Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 may be filed with the appropriate Consumer Forum.
Payment: Processed via Razorpay international gateway. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Local payment methods coming soon.
Tax: VAT at 5% may be applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. A VAT-compliant invoice with TRN will be issued. MHAI operates from India and may be considered an export of services — VAT applicability is determined at the time of transaction.
Currency: Transactions in AED (UAE Dirham). Exchange rates applied by your card issuer may vary.
Governing Law: Indian law governs these terms. UAE mandatory consumer protection laws are respected.
Payment: Processed via Razorpay international gateway. Stripe (BACS Direct Debit) coming soon.
Tax: UK VAT at 20% where applicable under the Value Added Tax Act 1994. VAT Invoice provided for each transaction. As a non-UK-established business, VAT may be reverse-charged for B2B transactions.
Currency: Transactions in GBP (£).
Consumer Rights: UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services (waived upon first use of the platform).
Payment: Processed via Razorpay international gateway. ACH via Stripe coming soon.
Tax: Prices shown exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state and local regulations. MHAI collects and remits sales tax in states where we have nexus.
Currency: Transactions in USD ($).
HIPAA Notice: MHAI is not a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate. The platform is HIPAA-conscious by architecture. Clinics are responsible for their own HIPAA compliance obligations as healthcare providers.
Payment: Processed via Razorpay international gateway. Local EU payment methods coming soon.
Tax: VAT applicable per EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. Rate varies by member state. VAT Invoice provided. B2B reverse charge may apply.
Consumer Rights: EU consumers retain rights under Directive 2011/83/EU including 14-day withdrawal right (waived on first platform use).
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload false patient data; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (e) use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable healthcare advertising regulations in your jurisdiction (NMC guidelines in India, MOHAP rules in UAE, GMC guidelines in UK, FTC regulations in US).
When you use the HMS features of the platform, you are the Data Controller for patient personal data. MHAI is the Data Processor. You are responsible for: (a) obtaining valid patient consent for data collection; (b) complying with applicable healthcare data laws in your jurisdiction; (c) maintaining appropriate security practices. MHAI provides the technical infrastructure — clinical and compliance decisions remain with you as the healthcare provider.
The MediHost AI platform, including the AI Website Generator, Clara AI receptionist, and all associated technology, is protected by Patent Application 202641047349 (India) and international patent applications. The MEDIHOST™ trademark is registered under Class 42. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your clinic operations. You retain ownership of your clinic data and content.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 4 hours in a calendar month, you are entitled to a pro-rata service credit. MHAI is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AWS, Razorpay, Meta, Google).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHAI's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the platform in the 3 months preceding the claim. MHAI is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of patient data caused by your own actions; or any clinical outcomes arising from use of the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with 7 days' notice except in cases of fraud or illegal activity. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Nothing in this clause limits statutory rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
